Description
Cannon Brawl is a 2D action strategy game with destructible terrain. It's a unique blend of 2D artillery and real time strategy. Each player chooses a set of buildings from a large selection, everything from cannon towers, to lasers, to shields and brings them into battle. They must manage their economy, keep their buildings active and firing, and destroy their opponent's HQ. Cannon Brawl features a single player campaign and local multiplayer. We're hoping to add online multiplayer after release.History
Cannon Brawl was originally a tiny prototype called Dstroyd. Pete Angstadt entered it into the first Activision Independent Games Competition, fedexing the entry overnight just a few days before the deadline. Months and months later the results were announced and it took first place! This allowed Pete to quit his job, work full time on Cannon Brawl, and bring on board Theresa Duringer to head up the art. This was the founding of Turtle Sandbox as a studio, and Pete and Theresa have been working together since July 2011 to make Cannon Brawl what it is today!Features
